Seawasp Marine Generators have been proudly manufactured in Australia for almost 40 years. Acquired by Stewart and Jodie Butler in 2004, Seawasp Australia has expanded its product line-up to include a complete range of marine propulsion and power generation equipment – while still keeping family values at its core. Now, family-owned and operated for over 15 years, Seawasp is your one-stop shop for marine power solutions.

Distribution Partnerships

Seawasp Australia has transformed over the last few years to offer customers a full and complete range of marine generators and engines to suit any application.

We are the sole manufacturer of Seawasp Marine & Industrial Generators and the authorised Australian distributors of Paguro Marine Diesel Generators. Most recently, we have been appointed the Queensland, New South Wales and South Pacific distributors of FPT Marine Engines, ensuring competitive pricing and high standards of service. We are also a certified Honda Marine & Power Equipment dealer, offering genuine Honda spare parts and factory-trained technicians.

Not to mention, we are the Queensland distributor for Daewoo Doosan Marine Engines and Lombardini Marine Diesel Engines, a dealer for Nanni Marine Engines and Polyflex master distributor. 

Our Location

Seawasp Australia is centrally located on the Brisbane River at the Rivergate Marina & Shipyard in Murarrie. The shipyard includes a 12,000 sqm hardstand with 75-and-300-tonne travel lifts on-site. The marina offers 105 berths and deep water access for vessels up to 80m in length. Our workshop opens directly onto the hardstand, making it an ideal location for boats of all shapes and sizes to complete refits, maintenance works and repairs. Offsite, we have three mobile vehicles providing service to our customers both locally and interstate.
